How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and shipped , you will receive a notification with tracking information. 

How fast is the shipping and fulfillment?

You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped - please allow processing time.

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-14 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

Our Processing Time

All items at our very small location will ship out same day but due to storage and space most of our items are off location and will have longer processing times. We strive for 1-2 week processing time. Just be sure to check in details on specific items for most accurate processing time for your item(s). Also if you purchase from one of our pre-sales the processing time will be posted on that presale but please note these end on Tuesday’s and that is when order from vendor will happen so allow that processing time start from that date.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We DO NOT do refunds. You will get a store credit for the purchase price. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
